Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Aligarh Jurisdiction.
